Complex work, clearly handled.
At Bharati Vidyapeeth, a new building with two basement levels was constructed immediately beside an existing five-storey structure. The basement excavation required careful retention and protection of the adjoining building throughout the works, demanding controlled sequencing, temporary support and close site execution.
